Founded in 1978 through joint investment by Teisan Diecast Industry (currently Metts Corporation) and Iwate Chuki Industry Co., Ltd. to meet the diecasting needs of northern Honshu.
Since 1981, Mizusawa Industry Corporation (MIC)
has been fully funded by Teisan Diecast Industry (Metts Corporation).
With an increase in capitalization to 15,000,000 yen MIC entered
the field of automobile parts.
In 1987, MIC adopted self-supporting accounting and grew to be a fully financially independent entity. We invested in Technology Industries, Inc. (El Paso, Texas) and have dispatched engineers to the United States. |
